2024 NHRA Four-Wide Nationals Recap:
Qualified seventh; First round exit (defeated by Justin Ashley, Terry Totten in E1)
Last Event (Pomona 1):
Qualified 10th; First round exit (defeated by Clay Millican in E1)
Noteworthy:
Reed’s 2024 Las Vegas Four-Wide Nationals appearance was only his second competing in a four-wide style event. His first was six years prior at the 2018 Charlotte race
In addition to his 2024 Vegas 1 appearance, Reed also participated in last year's Charlotte four-wide race, making this weekend his fourth four-wide outing
Quotable:
“I can’t wait to get to Vegas and prove to myself and the team that the gremlins we had from the previous races are now gone. We think we found the issues, but time will tell. This is the first of two back-to-back four-wide races with a third four-wide taking place in the Countdown towards the end of the season, so hopefully, we learn a lot this weekend and stay composed staging the car because these four-wides get hectic on the starting line. But my team is ready, and I am ready, and we’re looking for a long Sunday of going rounds.”
